If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we make returns and refunds simple and hassle-free.

Return Window:

You have 14 days from the delivery date to return your item.

To be eligible, the watch must be:

• Unworn and in original condition

• With all tags, packaging, and accessories intact

How to Return:

Follow the instructions provided to send the item back to our warehouse.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect the returned watch, we will process your refund.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 3–7 business days depending on your bank.

Exchanges:

If you want to exchange your watch for another model or color, contact us first.
Exchanges follow the same 14-day return window and conditions.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Personalized or engraved watches

• Items damaged due to misuse or accidents
